Guy's role as our Business Development Manager means he is always out and about at every event he can find. Guy has a genuine life-long love of games and even dabbles in part-time games coding himself although he confesses he is better at playing them, especially FIFA for which he made it to the final of a tournament to represent the UK at the ‘FIFA Interactive World Cup’ in Shanghai. If you speak to Guy, ask him about his former life as a ‘Karaoke Singer’ on an exotic island.

Stefan Kasanin

Games & Interactive Development Consultant

Stefan spends his days speaking to the very best Developers on the planet. When not recruiting he tends to keep his hands busy – he delivered a lamb when he was 10, completed Metal Gear Solid 2 in less than 2 hours (just missing the World Record) and has completed every CoD in Veteran mode since Modern Warfare. He can also swallow his own tongue without choking. In the office he is our meme and internet culture expert and knows the lyrics to every song ever...try and test him.

Adam Leaver

Workday, HRIS and Finance Systems Specialist

Specialising in Workday, HRIS and Finance tech Adam is always the first in the office and often the last one to leave. We asked Adam to tell us a bit about his personal life but he assured us that he was too focused on work to have one. Despite this he does enjoy the occasional trip to Craven Cottage to watch Fulham although we are not sure that qualifies as stress relief.

Dean Antunes

Dean is our international man of travel, having grown up in South Africa with a Portuguese family, and focuses on placing developers outside of the UK. He has first-hand experience moving around the globe which means he is one of the best people to go to if you’re looking to make a move yourself. He also came to recruitment from working in property so can give advice on that side too!

Games Account Manager

'Good Boy' Oliver is dedicated to working with huge accounts and ensuring they always get the person they need. Despite not owning any trousers that meet his shoes (it’s fashion apparently) he has still built a well deserved reputation as someone who will always find the perfect person for his client.

Interactive Gaming Recruitment Specialist

Ben works with everything to do with AR/VR/MR. Being an only child is what Ben attributes to giving him his love of immersive worlds and he says that he was born to work in Augmented Reality in particular as ‘AR’ turns up twice in his surname.

Giles Fenwick

Games and Interactive manager

Giles runs our Gaming & Interactive division and specialises in forming tight knit teams, whether that’s for a studio or in our office. He represented his county at rugby for every age group from 12 onwards which no doubt helped him to cultivate his excellent understanding of team dynamics. Giles is known for his warmth and willingness to take time to work through any issues that may arise, although make sure you don’t try and share his food as then you won’t be getting a warm welcome – Giles doesn’t share food!

Alex Lunn

Senior Art Consultant

Alex places Artists across the globe partially due to his willingness to respond to emails or calls at all hours. Alex himself has mad skills when putting pen to paper and creating a caricature – often of those of us in the office - and is our self-appointed social secretary, organising great nights of comedy, theatre and whatever Brighton has to offer that month!

Mark Lloyd

Senior Oracle Consultant

Our Oracle expert, Mark, has dedicated nearly a decade to growing our Oracle practice here at Skillsearch. He is a keen cricketer who bats a bit, bowls a bit less and is amazing at standing in the field. A Manchester United fan and a proud Father, Mark holds the record for having more things from Amazon delivered to the office than everyone else combined. He also has an infectious laugh so try and get him going when you speak to him.

Jake Andrews

Workday, HRIS and Finance Systems Delivery Consultant

Jake works alongside Adam to introduce Workday, HRIS and Finance consultants to brilliant opportunities. Jake is our recruitment “duck” – despite giving impression on the surface of being the most laid back person in the office he works really hard underneath the surface to keep one step ahead of his incredibly busy market.

Catrin Jones

Operations Manager

Our Operations Manager Catrin is here for all our Consultants, Contractors and Clients for everything they need help with throughout the recruitment process. A priceless point of contacts for a number of client and candidate enquiries, she is an important part of the strong relationships we build and maintain as a business. Despite her talent in a vast number of activities however, Catrin’s main regret is her inability to whistle, although we have to admit it is quite amusing to watch her try.

Our CEO Stuart is a highly successful and entrepreneurial business owner with over 25 years’ commercial experience. Over those years he’s managed to cultivate not one but two incredibly successful recruitment businesses as well as a marvellous beard. Stuart has created many employment opportunities on the way and despite being slightly terrifying in interview Stuart shows his warm, fluffy side and love of paisley shirts when you’re working for him.

Harry Kwok

Art Delivery Consultant

Working alongside Alex, Harry is dedicated to speaking to brilliant Games Artists across the globe. A County level Squash champion Harry also likes a sedate life and is more likely to be found at the weekend with a fishing rod in hand rather than a racquet.

Andy Milford

BI and Analytics Consultant

Our BI and Data Analytics specialist Andy has been recruiting for over 15 years so knows his stuff. He’s an avid hoarder (you should see under his desk) and a keen rugby union fan supporting Ireland. He occasionally pretends to know what he’s talking about regarding football (he really doesn’t) but is more likely to be found reading a book than on the terraces.

Tom Matthews

Ruby on Rails Consultant

Tom works in the Ruby space and is committed to introducing the best developers in the market to the best opportunities. Tom found his way to Brighton via Tunbridge Wells, London and New Zealand. He is a massive football fan supporting Fulham and has some odd quirks such as he can only listen to music if the volume is set on an even number.

Richard Fisher

Managing Director

Our MD fitness fanatic and father of 3 Richard will be found running or in the gym every lunch as he says that’s the only place he ever gets any peace and quiet. Voted 9 out of 10 as a geek by the team Richards top 3 loves are Star Wars, Tottenham Hotspur and his family – although we aren’t sure in which order. Richard is the office oracle and says what he doesn’t know about recruitment isn’t worth knowing – we haven’t managed to prove him wrong yet!

Jack Reid

Production & Design Consultant

Jack looks after three areas, Games Design, Games Production and Game Analytics yet with the help of his near photographic memory he will always remember you and everything you’ve ever discussed. He’s no stranger to production himself, spending a few years producing incredible tapas as Head Chef of a Spanish Tapas restaurant. Jack also owns a pug called Pumba who was the ring bearer at his wedding and even got his own custom suit to match the groomsmen.

Lucy Rowland

Social Media Specialist

Our Social Media guru Lucy is one of our secret superstars. As well as supporting Catrin she is also responsible for making the content you see on LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Glassdoor and Instagram look fabulous. She also knows when our team need a kick in the backside to provide content and is happy to offer it.
