On registering a vacancy with us our first step is to advertise the role and promote it through our social channels to ensure our many followers get the chance to apply. All easy so far but then we get to the part where we really justify our fees . We have spent years building our candidate database and treat it with genuine TLC. The team spend many hours, from early morning to late evening, proactively speaking to candidates to ensure that we know who is available, when they are available and what location, company and role they are looking for. When you ask us to find someone we know exactly where to look and who to speak to ensuring we can quickly provide you with perfect profiles. When we have exhausted that pool of candidates we embark on a search through social channels to capture anyone we may have missed.
We aim to get a minimum of three brilliant cv’s across to even our toughest roles.
In return we ask for fast turnaround on cv feedback and a commitment to interview as promptly as possible.
